Flexiblity

Due to the nature of temporary cover in our key sectors we can offer our members varying contract and short term work. This means that whatever your circumstances are, we will have a range of jobs that you can fit around your life. So you can decide what works for you. Work a couple of hours a week or full time – it’s up to you.

Better Pay

Harmony Employment has smaller profit margins than many other agencies which may charge the same as us or less. This is because we believe in paying our members the highest hourly rate we can afford. We believe that this allows us to offer our clients a value for money for service and in turn build long lasting relationships that will ultimately secure more openings for you. We also offer our members full holiday pay entitlement.
