Harmony Schofield
Director
Harmony Schofield has a background in support work, this includes working with the homeless, mental health support services, crisis intervention, voluntary telephone support and counselling services. She also has experience of recruitment management and this combination of skills led to the development of Harmony Employment with her business partner Iain. The last 5 years have been spent growing the business in an ethical and person centered way. Harmony is a passionate environmentalist and is currently renovating her flat while on maternity leave as she recently became the proud mother of baby Ruben.
Iain McGill
Director
Iain has a background in overseas aid & development, in Africa, South America & Eastern Europe. In Edinburgh he has run projects working with children with additional support needs, with rough sleepers and complex needs tenancy support. He set up the agency in 2005 after seeing a gap in the market for a quality provider who understood the needs of the sector. In his spare time he is on the board of a children’s charity, an educational trust and plays and referees football - refereeing the 2006 Homeless World Cup Final in Cape Town being a highlight.
Dianne Smith
Branch Manager, Belfast
Dianne Smith has a BSc Honours Degree in Social work from the University of Ulster and has worked in the fields of Learning Disability, Mental Health and Education Welfare.
Previously she has worked at an administrative level with District Nurses, Health Visitors and other Health Professionals. During this time Dianne was responsible for the sourcing, delivery, maintenance and refurbishment of Care aids, as well the organization of Family Planning Clinics and Baby Health Clinics. She has also been a carer for a child with disabilities for the past 12 years.
Alongside her role at Harmony Employment, Dianne is the Health Co-Ordinator and a Trustee of The Cåra Rose Trust, providing support to families bereaved through stillbirth. She is married with three children
Temi Mordi
Financial Officer
Temi has gained diverse professional experience across financial services, retail and customer services. She worked in the Clients Services Dept. at Bank of New York Mellon; as a customer service advisor, with British Sky Broadcasting and in client services with Marks and Spencer. Before taking on her present role as a Shift Coordinator with Harmony Employment Agency, she also worked for many years as support Worker/ Health Care Assistant through ASA, New Cross health care and also with Harmony Employment Agency. Temi is currently studying Business Management and Human Resources.
